Default Giving Project 1999 admin privileges set all folders to read only on pc.

I was having a memory read error while playing P99, someone said to grant P99 admin privileges, I did that, the only problem now is that every file on my PC is read only and I can't revert it. I think I'm going to have to do a factory restore to fix this issue, which means I will have to download every game I've installed. 200gbs worth. So far I can't grant myself admin privileges anymore, the option is gone. Does anyone have a fix? This is on Windows 11.

So P99 did not switch my privileges, I just wasn't paying attention. Apparently Windows 11 and Alienware do not think I have to capacity to manage my own privileges, because everything is read only and it can't be switched off. That doesn't mean I can't modify anything though, so I'm not entirely sure why they even have it selected anymore. My lesson is that I hate Windows 11 and I am going to see how I can install Windows 10 on this computer.
