possibly, you could just learn to wear pants/boxers/boxer-briefs that allow the boys to breath when you are just naturally walking around. Never had a problem with my nutsack being all sweaty outside of sports, work, so on.

I suspect if you are having sweaty nutsack syndrome outside of normal physical activities, you might have the medical problem.

Also, if you aren't catchin a shower before layin yer girl down. You should rethink your strategy or rethink your choice in hoes (imho).
