Yeah a very drastic change was made. Here's a graph of a log I just did of 300 hits. Level 56, Wind Saber 13/22. 130ish Dexterity, 200+ Strength, max skill against sebilite juggernauts. Came out to about 10 DPS, miss rate about 38%. Bow was parsing at about 27-35 dps range pre-patch (about the same as melee for me).
The archery change on patch seemed to reduce dps slightly for me with that particular bow, although I was seeing much bigger hits at times, and now the stealth change has made archery completely and utterly useless.
