Finally only when Russia invaded did they block the pipeline. They said they would do tougher sanctions now but still have yet to (to my knowledge)

I fail to see how enough money to buy some artillery, a couple jets and the spares, and maybe a few mobile artillery pieces, a few tanks.. how would that keep russia from invading?

How much do you think a fighter costs?? They start at about 25 million dollars. So you do the math on that. Even in the best case scenario, thats 20 fighters and no spares.
