Aside from -10% bf or ridic levels of muscle, the only other masculine features that seem to be standards of male beauty are height, wide jaw, and a good head of hair. The rest are not unique to men (symmetrical face, nice eyes, good teeth, etc)

To be fair Goku doesn't fit in that argument because its well documented throughout the series that his training routine is insane, that and he is an alien.
