The less sugar you have (and bread breaks down into sugar basically), the less sugar you’ll crave. And vice versa

I have to keep reminding myself of this. Just need to go through a sugar detox and get through the woods depriving myself of it, and it will get much, much easier to resist

It’s just been really hard with everyone’s holiday baked pastries paraded in front of me for the past week :/

I would so fucking do this... I just love watching grown men, the toughest of our species whine and cry about getting a needle in the arm.

I know one guy, he says he wont get it because when he was a kid, he had to get a lot of shots. So... fuck everyone else. Hes SCARED of needles cause they hurt him when he was a little kid omgggg so sad. I think thats 90% of it, really. Pussies afraid of needles. He presents himself as the toughest, most self-reliant, most "the government hates me" etc..
