Ballpark figure, on a Mage epic MQ with everything finished except the Earth Staff being the sole missing item. Any estimates?

You'd have an easier time dating (insert favorite guy or gal here), while on a plane with said person to the Riviera the plane is struck by lightning, you wake up in Skyrim but all the dragons are replaced with Ice Cream. After gloriously mating with a 100ft mound of rocky road you wake up, again, you're now Thor about to throw Stormbreaker at Thanos but this time you aim for the head. No one is dusted, you marry Sam Jackson in Natalie Portman cosplay and rule the galaxy as father and son.

Compared to getting an earth staff, the above seems more likely.
