Soz. However, my vote goes to Pickle's Bastion of Excellence Homebrewery. Never been let down by this selection of fresh, full-flavor beer. Always an excellent flavor, color, and head regardless of style. Beautiful aromas that will make your nose quiver in fear and by god will you get crunkles off of it.

Also I recently tried the Dogfish Head Sah'Tea. That was an amazing beer.

Here's a bunch of nerds talking about making something similar in flavor to it. The ingredient list looks odd but the beer has an amazing flavor. Now I am excited and want to make this:
