Merger is likely but not a definite.

I'd still roll on green since there'll be a bit more even level spread still I'd think.

If you plan to play intensively there are advantages to going on Blue as some high level iitems are still considerably cheaper on there with only the rarest of items being more expensive.

Both servers are about equal although green is a little busier at the low end with more free wheeling people.

If you're highly social there's a lot of cool OGs on blue who would befriend you aswell. You can play on both servers simultaneously though, and almost every blue player has a green alt. Or vice versa.
