here's what i would do

go to EC tunnel, find Arleigh. buy the following from her: 2x 65hp rings, 2x 35hp25m earrings, 65hp 65m neck. pay her whatever price she quoted you. i guarantee it's the best price (she's a EC tunnel angel)

Silver chitin handwraps is the best value you can get for a 21% haste (maybe 500-700pp if you can find a seller). forget about FBSS. next upgrade from SCHW should probably be spiked seahorse hide belt (but that one is ~26-28k)

phase spider carapace for best value chestpiece (can buy for 600-800pp if you can find a seller). save all your plat for fungi tunic (may be able to get one for 48k if you can find a seller). fungi is a gamechanger

spider fur belt for belt piece (1.5-2k)

hero bracers for that str (150pp?) but 4.0 weight... oh well

go to highpass and slaughter orcs near kith forest zoneline until lv 26-27 then move to highkeep goblins , save the ears and turn them in for extra xp and plat. you can stay in goblins till 43 (no joke) by soloing the raider room + the other one before that.
