Can I just be a complainy person not thinking of all the facts, and ask for two pvp servers. So I can keep all my gear?

Also, for those who enjoy Rallos, when was fear removed from pvp? Was it classic? Not classic?

It was removed -pretty- early but not right away.

Things that were removed early

1. Fear
2. Held item loot (melees were too gimp without weapons)

Then with luclin? they made pvp start at level 6 and item loot start at level 10 which was pretty lame too.
