Yeah on live there was a problem with him not being there. Or anywhere. I in fact brought this up on live years ago. I was anti kunark being a hardcore classic raider and the last few months pre kunark I spent every minute trying to solve every quest in game. I was agnostic monk, with de guise and worked on faction for every single faction out there. Hollish Tnoops came up and their fix was to stick him in that wall or by it permanently. It is annoying, and they should just have him path some or set spawn times after which he paths to the hidden tunnel or such but ah well.
