I’d like to meet Proud Boys one day. I’m sure we’d have some common ground, and we’d have some stuff I would disagree on

I’m confident I could discuss and debate any toxic attitudes with them without physical conflict. Doing so is always the right way to deal with toxicity, to bring it out in the open and debate it and ideally slightly shift some opinions. Rather than to try to always censor it which just pushes it underground where it festers. Bring it into the light and kill it there

Maybe one day I’ll meet some and we can have a little chat
