Take a college level biology class with a woman professor and ask her why God set up a woman's reproductive system in a way that drops roughly half of their fertilized eggs into the toilet. You see if the sperm hits the egg within a few hours of ovulation the egg can divide enough times before hitting the uterus to stick there. If the sperm wiggles into the egg after that, the still developing embryo cant stick to the uterus wall and gets flushed down the toilet. Of course, you would actually have to talk to a woman that understands basic biology to know that.

Oh cool, sometimes pregnancies abort themselves therefor it's okay for people to do it to perfectly healthy 3 month old developing baby humans. Or, well, actually for most of the left they want to be able to kill a 9 month old human baby on it's delivery date.

All you're doing is providing yet another red herring. Nobody is talking about naturally aborted pregnancies. We're talking about 99% of the rest, that are performed on otherwise perfectly healthy developing babies. Raped? Sure, get an abortion, but that's a tiny minority. We're talking about all the rest, try to stay focused. I think the brick wall you're gonna run into is that you really are just saying it's okay to murder an unborn baby, which is what you're doing. Use all the euphemisms you want.
