Well it's hard to point out the nuances when you get banned from social media for spreading "dangerous misinformation" for even remotely suggesting it *might* be effective for *some* people but more research is required. It's considered "right wing" to hold such a position, and that cannot be allowed.

But vaguely gesturing at the mystery of potential off-label benefit isn't enough to make it a smrt idea.
