Quite true. And we can probably guess OP is a class without effective crowd control because they were miffed about not being invited to that group; whereas if he had effective crowd control, he'd probably just go further in and start soloing.

So if that's the case, OP, you may have to recruit a friend or two to come to the Hole instead of grouping with this exclusive duo. Working together is the best part of this game. Good luck in future grouping experiences.
