Ivermectin itself is literally approved by the FDA for use in humans for other ailments, it just hasn't been studied formally yet for treating covid. Well it's just such a dumb failed attempt at a gotcha. Horses take lots of medications that humans also take. So do tons of other animals. Who cares? What point do they think they're making?

Even hydroxychloroquine has legitimate medical applications in humans for certain diseases, but it can also have serious side effects.
