Miscellaneous: Silk armor was not tailorable before Sept 1999

Minor correction: seems only the Wu's gauntlets were added in this patch. All the other Wu's was added later, in March-ish 2001 if I'm not mistaken.

I'm looking for the recipe books for these which would also need era rules.
