Yes I know, I'm 39. I'm obv trolling. I've never in my life seen the "poast" spelling before. Seems pretty dumb.

First of all welcome to the board. poast is classic board culture. It's internet culture going back to early oughts. Derived from "moar", as in how heterosexual males used to respond to pics of lithe girls online. I frequent this board because people who play EQ used to be veteran Internet users, but there's a lot of kids and whatnot nowadays. Late-in-life failson IT bro types who got their computer literacy very late in life, and over time reduced the IQ and veterancy of the user base.
so yeah, it's over your head and pretty embarrassing to bring up but you're right, it is also dumb! It's been common parlance here since 2010
[You must be logged in to view images. Sort of an in-group out-group thing that has been lost over time. The crowd has shrank by several metrics, as you can see if you have a mirror nearby, so you may have a point that it is dated to the point of being stupid. I am a dinosaur here in my early 30s. Like I've explained here many times, I was a precocious child.
In short, you are the punchline of the admittedly dumb misspell joke
[You must be logged in to view images. So why do you think you get the thrust of what's going on when you really don't? You have opened with incompetence, so we're not off to a good start. You really should lurk before you poast. any other minutiae to dissect?
