Amelinda and the other GMs try to suppress our free speech while Uthgaard edits his RnF announcements unchecked. The amount of corruption on this server is startling.

I think it was sarcastic... playing on the amount of corruption is accused based on crazy things. like, ya know:

but actually having a meaning behind it.
