I know Sirken went to town on red server and went through all the names he didn't like. But blue server's turn never seemed to come around.
Pretty sure it was post-Sirken, but not sure exactly when.

Even the original developers were having fun with names. The creative play on words for names has always been part of the game. Yes, some are dumb and try too hard. But I do appreciate some of the creativity as long as it isn’t crude, vulgar or disparaging. Seeing someone named “Twitching Aint’ez” doesn’t ruin my game experience. It shouldn’t ruin anyone’s really.
