A lot of people live very successful lives without police oppression tho. Even very strange persons.

Step one, Jesus. Step two say no to drugs. Step three no unprotected sex. Step four do some physical activity each day or learn martial arts. Step 5 no fast food or reliance on the state, corporations giving u good health care or feeding u a healthy diet.

Step 6+ be mindful and thoughtful and meditate each day. Step 7+ more be greatful for the opportunity to read this post or reply and step 8++ meditate on this extremely perfect and sound advice. Add more steps as necessary or as u maybe like.

Maybe don't focus on the end result so much and focus on the process, being skillful, patient, and the blessed stars and sky and earth, water, and life that gave you life and in turn will devour you and you have the opportunity right now to feed and nurture with your thought.

I admit this advice will not completely alleviate political or police oppression and abuse but it will help a lot to minimize the chances of u being in a position to be oppressed and abused.
