not evidence for in-era harla, but you have someone claiming it dropped off of mraaka in oct 2001 on the talisman page (as well as another mention of it dropping off of harla in '03).

and then on mraaka's page, you have someone claiming it here as well in jan 2002.

might be worth investigating further.
