As someone who had to put up with this stupid shit for years let me tell you the reality of this:
Reetox and Co. will vehemently fraps every single solitary thing for the next 30 days looking for any slight inconvenience so that they can cry foul and try to cancel each other's petitions out. They will never admit they were wrong, but they will non-stop try to "catch" opposing guilds so that they don't get in trouble themselves. Usually with DKP incentives.
Also, friendly reminder I have kicked Cecily out of nearly every guild on the server. My services are free, and I will gladly reinstall p99 just to kick Cecily out of your guild. Just PM me.

Pretty much nailed it, he is currently frothing at the mouth in the UN, like about to punch a baby mad, the dude is... Just like Beef going of the rails when he was petitioned at Ring War when it first started as a roll, day 1. He then went out of his way for "payback" .
