Just soft cap total personal wealth at 1,000,000 fun points. And get rid of insurance and other scams and usury.

Each inheritor can get 1 mil untaxed. Everything left over after that goes to creditors (debts otherwise not inherited). 100% of the worth after the millions are inherited and debts paid off, gets taxed 100%.

This is my really badly thought out system I just came up with now.
