Log in or Register.] That being said, it sounds like all you're offering over P99 is small QoL fixes like instances, and some custom content. If you instead went to Luclin or PoP (vs. the exact same expansion as P99), you'd offer something genuinely different, something that people can't already get. Without that, I suspect you'll have a difficulty finding enough of a community, as I suspect few people will leave P99 and start all over on a brand new server, just to get what they already have here ... but with some unknown custom content. Stuff like instances won't exactly be a selling point when your server has less than a few hundred people: you'll need something else (like Luclin) to get to the population where instances even matter.
