Default Justice System: Broken

http://powerwall.msnbc.msn.com/polit...-1694371.story

Follow up on Casey Anthony case with one of the jurors. The article is biased obviously, but I think it makes some valid points.

It's not a justice system. It's a legal system.

I'm sure that's why "equal justice under law" is engraved into the supreme court building

The system may not be just as it is currently, but who's fault is it? Yours.

The system works just fine. It's the prosecutions fault for fucking up their case. I don't want a jury making a potentially life or death decision based on popular opinion or the media, like what so many people seem to be suggesting.

Meanwhile there are people alive this very minute responsible for the rape, murder, and torture of hundreds, or thousands, and THIS is what people care about more...lawl.

Who said this?

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."
