IRONICALLY, the same people whining about not having affordable homes to buy are also the same people who elect local politicians that want a bunch of expensive "feel good" programs that raise everyone's property taxes. They make the problem worse by creating conditions where only wealthier people can own homes instead of working class people.
People are literally taxed out of their homes in many places in the US. AND buyers aren't able to buy homes in areas where the property taxes are soul crushing.
If I did not earn my VA home loan, I would not have been able to buy a house. Join the Military and earn your VA home loan.
