or, or, let me try this: modulate taxes so the newly built house don't have the same high taxes. (they actually already do that but you know, I wanted to show you that you don't throw the baby with the water, you just throw the water)

maybe start with no property tax, and increase it exponentially based on the number of homes you own?

I just dont know if I think home ownership should be the great and safe investment hustle it is. I know it makes lots of people lots of money for very little education and labor, but is that really what we need?
