Spells: Buff Stack Issue with Spirit of Ox clicky pants

bump. Spirit of Ox (from thurgadin monk pants) is *always* the first spell lost when I get hit with a spell, no matter how deeply buried.

I've had:
Jboots
Levitate (Pegasus Cloak)
Major Shielding (Stave of Shielding)
See Invisible (Bracer of the Hidden)
Aura of Black Petals (Black Flower of Functionality)
Aura of Green Petals (Green Flower of Functionality)
Aura of Red Petals (Red Flower of Functionality)
Aura of Blue Petals (Blue Flower of Functionality)
Spirit of Ox (Grand Master's Leg Wraps)

and a dispell still takes away Spirit of Ox and nothing else.
