Red is thriving by every objective metric I can think of. The populations is rising and there are tons of new players. The raid scene is growing and new mobs are dying. Frankly, I think there's been even more large and small scale PVP since the fall of <Apex>. <Alcoholics> and <Tempest> have been doing good work and <Salt> is always a wildcard.
