I remember the fabled items at the time, and CT becoming a super high level zone as well, but why is there no fabled moonstone ring 😿
Ct got revamped over two years before Loy came out with fabled spawns.

To this day I really think someone was charming the guards in West Freeport and giving them see invis last summer.. so many people trying to sneak passed guards to NFP would accidentally get spotted, aggro all of them and train the guys camping the guards by ZL

I wouldn't mind if charm was usable once every 6 minutes or something and only lasted 1-3 ​mins.. And couldn't land on raid mobs and named.
