Correct, but login.eqemulator.net:5998 wasn't routing me to the correct IP, because the DNS wasn't updating properly. So. To connect, I had to connect directly to the *current* IP, and I'll change it later.

Let me introduce you to:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

and if your DNS sucks set it to googles dns 8.8.8.8
