Using clickable items to reset global cool down is an exploit and should be banned

Wheres your proof? From June 1999 till 12 years after that or thereabouts when i stopped playing Tstaff, Jboots, Eye of Stars, etc.. were always used as a GCD reset.

I don't doubt it was in the game back in the day. I'm saying it is exploiting a bug and should therefore be removed.
