To me this is the same as non Paladins using Ghoulbane*, or charm being incredibly overpowered here: anyone who played in classic knows this shit ain't classic.

the GCD cooldown reset glitch is to casters as battle bandage was to melee. Exploit which wouldn't be tolerated under the eyes of live staff. Throw it out.
