Once upon a time in the way back when, it was considered rude to your group to loot while you still had mobs to kill. Its still annoying today when people do it, espeically when its the tank and you have a puller trying to keep mobs coming and shit dipshit paladin or whatever is slowly linking you the latest gem drop.
