Does anyone around here know the cost of the surveillance programs targeting U.S. services, servers, and assets? Like Snowden released it was one of the things almost a decade ago. Wasn't it like 7 trillion or something silly? 7 billion is still lots, maybe it's like 28 billion now.

I saw the original document at some point and was like, oh yeah this is gg not even worth it to try anymore.

Imagine spending that money on giving people jobs creating organic food ecosystems with free range puppers (puppies) and other tasty happy critters like chickens living full happy lives before being blasted into bone broth and steamed dumplings.

I don't think the cost of all that policing, ICE, survielence went down and drug laws, copywite law, prisons all worse. Actors guilds and multimedia syndicates still own the legal pipeline to information. Infotainment. The News.

That whole incident were that young promising brilliant kid with access to jstor allegedly killed himself, but he actually did really die.

Plus our military gearing up and being considered more for domestic use, Trump did some of that and got told off for it.

Some city here on the local news had military gunships flying around doing war games in this really touristy Richie area in FL... oh God that was super popular. There was like even weapons fire. Had the locals spoooooked.

Man I know what goes on at AtnTs lil secret swithcrooms, my MoS was like right adjacent to that one and I learned how to packet sniff and pen test.

Our government is like almost as authoritarian as Chinas. Think China may have some more lazy operators that actually care more about enemies of the state where as US goons just like peeping ppls windows and browser history. P.s. like search engines log all of that stuff off ur machines and use cookies to match that stuff so it's free for anyone basically to query with access to whatever it is that keeps track.

Not that I care. I just research how to survive chopping off my own dick and keep my colon healthy.

I think we're arresting people and detaining them under suspicion rather than after a trail with regards to the capitol protests, but I'm not 100% sure.
