How many dark greens equals a blue?

My understanding is that if you are killing a BLUE 35 it will yield something like 91,875 xp, while a GREEN 34 will yield 86,700 x 50% penalty = 43,350 per kill so you'd need 2.12 green 34's to = 1 blue 35.

I'm not sure this is actually correct, but it seems to match with what I casually see in game.

Interesting, that's actually better than what I would have guessed. Seems like I'm getting much less than 50% per kill but so hard to tell.

I think it can go all the way down to -75% of the xp for it being green, depending on how green. I'm not sure if it scales or if it drops in chunks or what.
