The way I have done this is I used Duxas to cut it down and fix the maps then I ran EQLite from there (it shaved off a little more size that way) I could have done it the other way around I think as well. But my maps are now correct and then for pure aesthetics I downloaded the original Trilogy from Sony for free (http://eqplayers.station.sony.com/co...?page=Download) and took all of the .s3d files from there and installed them over my EQLite files lol (found that from Psycher's thread - http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2482)
1.7gb install all together. I prefer FatMagic's install to Duxas' because I can actual see what is going on. I can also modify it further from there if I feel the need to.
