I mean, policy decide what's everywhere.
Policy decide how tall your house can be, how thick your walls must be, how insulated it is, etc and your house is still very much a private property.


anyway, this doesn't even need a debate, you can easily find this information on the web and before you say anything, because the information is readily available publicly doesn't mean it is public domain.
