Did we just agree on something?
I think you'd be surprised on how much we agree upon, other than the fact that you believe the solution resides in governatin' as opposed to taking on the personal responsibility for making something different than what is.
The power to change this reality lies within you, deferring that responsibility to government actually just empowers them to continue shaping reality in a way that benefits them. After all, they're merely serving "us", remember?

I mean, I guess what I'm saying is, if we're just gonna defer a soul-less entity to make the reality we want for us, while we play Vidya all day and only serve ourselves we might not be happy with the results.

Cookies were designed to make life easier for us.

But then people were stupid idiots and think their usage data on websites is something that they have an ownership of.

So now every time I go to a website I have to say "yes accept cookies, because I am not a stupid retard that thinks facebook is steeling my special private data."

So things that were designed to make your life better, are purposefully designed to be shitty by people because people suck ass.

No no. I dont believe that. I believe that the solution to most things is putting the right people in the right places. As long as we have this top heavy rich people government, its going to serve the rich. Once we get some poor people elected, shit will change.

Government doesnt have all the anwsers in the world but they got a few sorted out. The idea that we cant reform our own government into something that is good and actually serves the common man is giving up in my opinion. There is something between shooting and killing your own animals then cleaning, cooking etc, and the government delivers food to your house.

Like the ladder sounds terrible, I know. But what if the guy who was shooting and cleaning his own animals was running the government food delivery/allocation service? See my point? Shit would change.

I agree about common folk being given power over their own governance and destiny. In theory your sentiment is good.

Still limits must be placed on government, and the Mayor of a small Texan town shouldn't be able to bully a Californian.

Also sorry for being delusional and thinking you were some one else.

This is the story of Noah. He had three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Noah had no faults and was the only good man of his time. He lived in fellowship with God,

But Yeshua did not entrust Himself to them, because He knew all men.
John 2:24 TLV

Who are these "right" people?

They would have to apply for the job. The people may like the local government sending them an email saying "hey we're looking to hire people with these skills and bring new ideas to the table for this program" then form a committee, find the best applicant, put them in charge, hire the best of the rest as staff. Make shit happen. If they dont work out, next best in line, merit based hiring. No election, its a job, not a political position. Im sure towns have the address of every person in town. The more people involved the better. More ideas, more hands working. Germany rebuilt their nation before the place got trashed. Picks and shovels made highways, cause they wanted them. That could be us lol.
