NPC Spawn Issue: Brownie Scouts and Pixie Jongleur

I believe brownie scouts shouldn't be in lesser faydark before the epics are released. I haven't found any comments about them prior to September 2000.

well, I ran into a brownie scout tonight in lesser faydark. One hit and my lvl 30 druid was half dead. One more hit and i was watching the please wait message while I was returned to my bind point. Never had this problem before in lesser faydard,

The Brownie Scouts in Lesser Faydark are NEW. There have always been brownies in lfay, yes, but the wandering scouts are new-added in the Epic Quest patch

Well the new critter is the Brownie Scout.

Be very careful in this zone. They have revamped it again and added some very nasty roaming Brownies.

Probably too late to matter for the current green server, but the wiki says that scouts might be the PH for Thistle Underbrush. I don't know if this is accurate for p99, but I definitely don't think it should be true.

Also, harder to prove, but I think Pixie Jongleurs are too common. I spent less than an hour there and almost every spawn became a Jongleur, but then I saw a couple comments implying they're much more rare.

Tough to find though. I've only seen them near the pixie tower and never seen more than one at a time.

They are an occasional spawn near the pixie tower in Lesser Faydark if you're killing the tricksters and pranksters.

I went pixie dust farming today and had killed about 100+ pixies when one spawned. Saw that it was amiable, so I let it be. Kept killing tricksters and pranksters, when another spawned on the opposite side of the Pixie Tower.
