Apply some thought to it. If you buy a character with plat, it means you actually had to get the plat in the first place, like by playing the game and getting enough plat to buy a character. If it were RMT, it would be "hey I got paid today, what's EQ? oh sounds fun I'll buy a level 60!"

No exchanging anything p99 (plat, gear, characters, PL, whatever) for anything outside p99. Not stuff on live. Not stuff on other emus. Not stuff on Mars. Only stuff within p99.

What makes you think we haven't? The buyers are the easy half anyway. Most RMT occurs as people leave the server. The sellers are usually the ones to walk away. Sometimes, however...

And as far as the 'sleeper cell/untrackable laundering etc', it doesn't really matter how you do it, it's all going to be obvious as shit. It has been a while since I've done a sweep though, maybe I need to fix that.
