Green for sure...tons of folks are still leveling to 50/60 or starting off their first alt on the same journey. Definitely more than on Blue.

You'll also find far fewer twinks with far less powerful gear, which might make the grp game much exciting (but harder and slower too). A great twink on green has an fbss...a great twink on blue has full skyshrine clickies at lvl 1.

Plus, you won't be far behind if you plan to move into the raid game...you can catch up with us on green far easier than on blue. heck, you can still buy manastones on green for reasonable prices.
