Warrens Blocked by Rocks?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but could this be checked out? I saw a very old post where this issue was seen before. Thank you.

Warrens was released about 3 months after Velious launch. If you are playing on Green you have about another 9 months until this zone opens
