You might have done it already, but go through Innothule, South Ro, Oasis, North Ro, East Commons through the tunnel, then to West Freeport and bind on a wall away from the guards.

You could bind in East Freeport (after North Ro) but the good hunting is in Nektulos/EC to begin with...hope you make it in one piece, expect to die a couple of times trying to flee Innothule/South Ro [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
