When I first turned in the quest I was all excited but then when I got the reward I was like, "lol yendor and zilo are gonna cry about this one"

what are the quest rewards currently, and what should they be instead?

this info would probably help GMs get it done quicker. providing links etc. like lazortag i mean

I take it if you had the pre-upgrade quest reward, you'll hafta do the quest again for the upgraded version (seeing these are different item IDs?)?

No. It was just Uthgaard summoning a prize out of thin air because there was no equivalent haste item for a ranger that he was giving out for other classes.
