We should consider all variables....leap year and actual star constellations should be compared to make a precise prediction.
It almost certainly is a message. 3pm in 24 hour format is 15:00. Checksum of 15 = 6. So probably it'll be 6pm on this release. I need some more strings and pins to totally lift the shroud, but it's pretty accurate already.
