He wasn't saying to stop counting as some kind of dictatorial order, he was saying to stop counting because GOP ballot monitors weren't being permitted to observe the ballot counting in some key states and counties, which is a completely standard procedure to prevent fraud in any other presidential election. Implication being: Once they are permitted to, then by all means resume counting. He's not the emperor from star wars, as much as people would love for you to believe that.

(No one believes they haven't voter fraud, I would go to say most Dem's don't believe their own party hasn't either - you gotta do what you gotta do to keep the business of ripping the people off going.

Except that's provably untrue and his lawsuits are being thrown out because of it.
