Go with
25Sta+5Wis for 100 Sta, 95 Wis

I have a raid shaman on blue and found that I was plenty on Wis even with Resist gear.
Canni means Life = Mana = Life
So you wanna get that HP to like 200 or your canni will feel tight. and anymore Wis to get that thick mana pool. Because you'll also have +hp & +mana items which are greater returns late in the game. Meaning you can rest on that higher base STA much easier with gear slots. Trust me on this one.
